			<description>&lt;p&gt;as someone who travels around, finding reliable service is always a task. right now, even though comcast is dumping their limits on downloads, they still suck. they are the number one worst service I&amp;#8217;ve ever had. charter is up there with them. those companies influenced my decisuon to go with DSL&amp;#8230; I love AT&amp;amp;T. maybe quest is ok, I&amp;#8217;ve heard nothing good about xmission. I pay for 6mbps and my modem is reporting 8&amp;#8230; I&amp;#8217;ve redone my service twice, so its not an error. I vote modem. (or wait for sprints little gem they&amp;#8217;re wanting to unleash=)&lt;/p&gt;</description>
