As it&#8217;s herniated now it is much easier for the disc to herniate again. If I did herniate it again I&#8217;d be going through this same process all over again. So yup, no heavy lifting for me anymore. I do figure I&#8217;ve helped everyone else enough I should have plenty of moves banked for all y&#8217;all to help me! ;)</p> Pretty much.
